On New Year’s Day, we flew from Yuncheng to Shenzhen, a 2.5 hour car ride to Zhuhai and 1 hours queue at the Immigrations to get into Macau.
We got to stay in the Venetian for the trip.

I took good advantage of the sale (50%+20%) at the On Pedder in Macau.
There was also a massive 50% sale at Juicy Couture.
And got the YSL Bag in Hong Kong. I was in Hong Kong for 7 hours on the 2nd of Jan.
There’s something about the bag.
I probably bought it on impulse. Coz I feel ‘sick’ whenever I see or even think of the bag.
I feel ‘sick’ right now, talking about it here on my blog.
And what’s making it worst is the awful stench in my office.
Its a combination of roast duck (smoke from the restaurant next to the office building) and smelly drains (from don’t-know-where.)
Must be the direction of today’s strong wind.
We had a few cleaners and helpers over for Spring cleaning done yesterday.
But I was too lazy, too tired and spent the entire day in my room instead.
I wasn’t much help and decided that I am going to let Dp clean our room on the weekend coz there’s simply too much stuff in our room and not a lot surface area left to be cleaned anyway.
Besides, we are going to stay in the current room for another few months before moving back to our new Home.
Some of you may be confused.
At least, I know my parents are. They keep thinking that I am officially moved and is staying in our new home.
Yes, we have moved but we are now back in the old room (& small wardrobe), staying with my In-laws, as the new home has no heating this winter.
Will be moving to our new home FOR GOOD when Spring comes.
I too spent yesterday (& almost every other) afternoon watching Singapore drama.
Gosh! I was salivating watching them eating laksa and all the hawker fare.
Seeing someone eating plain rice out of a styrofoam take-away box seemed very delicious too.
Been having cravings for lots of Singapore food lately.
I hope the awful stench goes away tomorrow.
Somehow its has affected my mood to shop for Singapore laksa instant noodles and paste on taobao.
I intend to search and try chicken rice mix, curry mix and mee siam mix.
I am also getting bored of the cook’s food.
Getting out to eat Italian food cooked by a real Italian.
Lasagna, here I come!
Ps: 6 more awful smelly minutes before I can get out of the office for fresh air.
