Dp finally returned me this…
Dp gave it to me because we havent been able to connect the iPhone to the new car’s bluetooth handsfree.
So I got it ‘back’!
Beside, he use the phone to make phone calls, send message and occassionally listen to music.
i.e, not fully utilising it.
After a very tiring weekend, I stupidly click to update the software on the phone…
which locked the phone as this phone isnt meant to be used outside US…
The seller I got the phone from recommended me a forum…
he suggested that I should try jailbreaking the phone myself before I send it back to him…
I was glad and couldnt wait to try… till I realise that the entire forum is in chinese.
Hee!
Maybe I was desperate to get the phone working…
and concentrated (very hard) going through the forum.
I fiddled and managed to unlock.
I too learnt how to install and add fun applications to it.
Fun!
Dp exclaimed this afternoon, Why is it that I see you playing new game everytime!!?
Well, I guess to those of you back home in Singapore,
you won’t have the same problem as me…
The new iPhone 3G will be available in Singapore this year…
but not in China…
I got a hot pink iPhone case to brighten it up…
a white case too… in case Dp wants it back!

He loves the games I have on the phone.
Last night, Dp & I, we dreamt about what we set to do in Macau.
He dreamt that he was in the casino…
I dreamt that I was in Chanel… trying their tweed jacket!
Arrgh!
I woke up at 5.45am this morning…Dp, at 6a.m.
Gonna catch some sleep on the plane and on the bus ride to Macau…
The shops in Wynn Macau doesn’t close till midnight…
And Dp won’t stop till its late!

Accidentally flung the N95 off my bed. The battery cover and battery fell apart!
Strangly Dp and I couldn’t find the battery cover anywhere on the floor since Thursday afternoon!!!
Wierd!!!

Me: Aiyah! I don’t know! Don’t ask me! I can’t think!
Dp: Oh! Why?
Me: I found the bag I have been lusting for the last 1.5years…
DP: Good! You should be happy not sad!!?
Me: Oh! Maybe! But…
Dp: Just get it lah!
Me: *face lits up* Are you sure? Do you even know the bag or the price?
Dp: That $$$XXXXX bag you been talking about…
Me: *blinks* Oh yah! OK! hee…
Last night around bedtime…
Dp: What are you doing online?
Me: Researching on the sizes for the bag…
Dp: Oh! So are you coming to bed soon?
Me: 5 minutes pls!
Dp: You better hurry! Or I am not going to let you get it…
Me: *scrambles to the bedroom*

I look forward to soaking my feet into hot water every night, to thaw.
It was particularly cold last weekend when we were out to visit places of interest in Yuncheng with a visiting friend.
Almost-frozen toes are not numbed and can be quite painful to walk with, you sometimes feel your toes ‘stepping’ on each other.
Looking for similarities… in an old ancient statue of man,
made some hundreds(?) of years ago.
If you haven’t heard (where have you been???), China is battling with the worst winter in 50 years.
And I am fortunate that things aren’t that bad in this part of China that I am living.
The south of China is facing electric and transport crisis as most snow have turned into slippery ice.
Though we get disrupted electricity use… but we are considered lucky and I can’t imagine living without electricity…or water.
And at least, it stopped snowing and the sun is out.
Temperature, dropping far below 0 deg celcius is apparently a norm now… it was a recorded -12 this morning at 8am.
When people said that it was a ‘warm winter’ last winter, I thought they were mad coz it was too cold for my liking last year!
Brrrr……
2 days to go!
Dp and I have been counting down to the CNY trip (entourage of 20) to Sanya!
In between, we will do a short trip to Macau.
I left it to Dp to do all the planning and wants nothing to do with it.
And I thought that I can get away with pre-holiday stress.
But now I am feeling the anxiety from what to wear, bring and etc…
I turned the room upside down and broke few of my nails searching for Dp’s beach shorts while he just laid in bed after a heavy lunch.
Now at work, I am feeling the pressure of 101 pressing matters to see to but don’t quite know where to start…or what they are.
But all I really want is to stay online and pet obscene numbers of (fluff)friends surf aimlessly…with a throbbing head and shoulder aches.
And I suck in multi-tasking these days!
Off to Home now.
To clear the mess I made in the afternoon and to do some house cleaning…
a coooold weeek… …
I don’t remember being this cold during my past winter in Yuncheng…or not even in my older posts.
The snow stopped on last Saturday… and the weather will be hovering between 0 to -8 degree celcius this week, with more snow…
The ground is now dirty and wet from all the melting dirty snow / ice… yuck!
And oh!
My hair is now officially dead!
And please tie me to the chair the next time I said I want to do some damage to my hair.
Just when I was feeling happy about my new-found healthy hair…
I tried to perm my hair again… & its turned out pretty bad that I straightened my hair immediately.
As usual, I almost cried.
The saloon owner felt so bad that he waived all my charges.
And I bet he will never perm my hair again!
I don’t think I will…or maybe when I am 50 and my hair is terribly flat.
A year of hair treatment down the drain… and an inch shorter! :(
Now you know why it is so difficult for my hair to grow…
Because I am self-destructive stupid!
