You must be very blind tired after a week’s of hardwork,
if you do not see it.
Really.
It’s weekend.
Time to “Lock ‘n’ Loll…“

I SUCK AT COMING UP WITH TITLES FOR MY POSTS.
I CRINGED WHEN I VIEWED THOSE I CAME UP WITH PREVIOUSLY.
And I don’t think it will get any better.
* * *
Can’t wait to leave work today.
So tired.
No mood for anything.
And I had a nap during lunch, and woke up ten minutes later, with a red forehead and a numb lower arm, feeling slightly refreshed.
Its unglamorous to be sleeping and drooling on my work desk.
But I donch care!
DP is feeling feverish after tooth extraction.
He is undergoing extensive re-construction of teeth.
He blames poor conditions, and water, when he was a boy.
I think he needs antibiotics, which he conviniently forgot.

So yesterday, I was on my way to the gym, feeling rather happy and energetic for the session ahead.
The staffs greeted me; I was smiling, got my towel, and headed towards the changing room.
I pushed the door open, and “Oops!” the ugly Singaporean was about to pull the door at the same time.
She went … “Wooow…”
I ‘braked’, recognising her I went ‘Sorry’ in English.
She walked away, and kept quiet, and a few steps later, she went, “What the F*c&!?”
I put myself on the other side of the door, and yes, I may have ‘banged’ lightly into her.
I would be lying if I said I wasn’t fuming mad.
I was cursing while I was putting my bag away in the locker.
Cursing not very nice stuff, like her breaking some bones during her workout.
But anger, soon turned to guilt.
I shouldn’t curse ugly ignorant people like her. And let her spoil my good ‘workout mood’.
** I’m so kind! **
She isn’t as ugly as she is on the inside.
She is plain rude, which makes her ugly.
I may be wrong, but she often walks in the gym, thinking she is the more superior and civilised than most people around in the gym, because she is a foreigner who knows english.
She probably thought that I am a Chinese, who doesn’t understand, WTF?
2 years in China, She should know better! She hasn’t learnt about tolerance in a country, where people deliberately push with their elbows.
She saw me later at the gym, and looked away. I hope she remembers my face.
So that she will feel the embarrassment for being plain rude, ignorant and ugly each time she sees me.
Or maybe one day, she will learn the day when someone unintentionally pushes the door right into her face.

It’s a tiring day at work, running errands and such.
Right now, I am leaning back, resting my head against the back of my chair, having my second fix of coffee for the day.
A luxury I must be careful with, caffeine addiction is tough to kick.
Anyway, Thanks for the interest, comments and suggestions for the new apartment.
For the questions some of you may have,
I found the layout of the new apartment on the web.
It is 142 meters square, but the actual usable of apartment is about 110 meters square.
The floors are laid with dark wooden planks.
The kitchen and toilets are already nicely done up.
The room with a toilet, the Master
bedroom.
(I wish I had space for a walk-in wardrobe. And one for the bags.)
The other room without toilet, the guest room,
(With an additional
cupboard, for the rubbish we couldn’t stuff in the Master bedroom’s cupboard.)
And the smallest, a study-cum-guest room.
(With a single sofa-bed, if that interest you…)
But for now, there are lots of details to look into, and byron have been offering loads of suggestions.
Including a interior design personality finder.
I think I am in between a Zen and Contemporary personality.
I think the other person who would be very excited, would be Gwen.
Bet she too, will have lots of suggestions to make.
Well, at least NOW I know why I have never thought about my ‘dream home’.
Its too much trouble.

Anyway, he was so excited that he couldn’t stop talking,
Its the new apartments that are getting him very excited.
I have never given much thought about the kind of home decor I wanted…
It seem so far to having one of my own.
All I knew was that I wanted something, simple, clean and no marble tiles.
Something bright, cheery and hip. And most importantly, COSY.
One small unit requires extensive renovations.
One is ‘finished’ with wooden floors, the toilet and kitchen are also done up.
Though we have a general idea, of what to buy and where to buy our stuff.
Its still isn’t easy, setting up a cosy home, and probably having to live in it, for the next few decades, makes one very careful with choices.
Having a sensitive and stress-related stomach, I may release more acid that suffers from gastric pains.
And during my lunch break, which I initially wanted to take a nap,
So much about my update today, back to REAL work!
I am finally Busy Bee at work. No need to act busy.
Or at least I usually walk like one with big urgent steps.
* feel the gastric juices releasing * =(
If you equally excited about my new home as DP, rest assured that you will be hearing a lot about it, as much as I whine about my binge and my ‘muscles’…
I am starting to set up an ideal ‘dream home’ for the first time …
